September 25, 2024

After almost two months of anticipation, fight fans worldwide can rejoice as the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship has resurfaced with details regarding its next tournament. Set to take place on October 25th at the famous Mubadala Arena, in Abu Dhabi, the ADXC 6 remained shrouded in mystery ever since its announcement a few months back, but now the organization has revealed that the competition will have its Jiu-Jitsu Main Event led by Jansen Gomes and Uanderson Ferreira, with the athletes facing off in a middleweight bout.

Representing Checkmat, Jansen Gomes is ready to put on another memorable duel as he makes his comeback to the ADXC cage. A black belt with a stellar guard passing game and some of the fastest submissions out there, Jansen showed the world just how dangerous he can be as he triumphed over Bruno Lima in the ADXC 3’s Jiu-Jitsu Main Event. Now headlining another tournament in the organization, Jansen will travel to the ADXC’s birthplace looking to score his second trophy.

On the other side of the mat, Commando Group’s Uanderson Ferreira joins the fray looking to add another high-profile victory to his stacked resumé. A very familiar face around the AJP tournaments, Uanderson has made a name for himself in the organization with his talent and showmanship, more often than not opening his matches with a lot of action as he pulls some flashy move to overwhelm his opponent early on. With his aggressive fighting style and multiple ADGS gold medals to his name, Uanderson now makes his way to the Mubadala Arena looking to earn his very first ADXC title.

The sixth edition of the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship will be held in the UAE on October 25th, with all the fights broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform.
