While the thrills of the ADXC 6 are still fresh in the minds of fight fans, the organization behind the tournament is already geared up for its next edition, bringing some of the greatest names from competitive Jiu-Jitsu and MMA to the beautiful Rio de Janeiro, in Brazil. Set to take place on November 17th, the ADXC 7 has announced that its Grappling Main Event will feature Rodolfo Vieira and Derek Brunson in a light heavyweight bout.
Hailing from Brazil, the legendary Rodolfo Vieira makes his debut in the ADXC. Black belt under master Julio Cesar Pereira, from GFTeam, Rodolfo became one of the most famous fighters on the planet after his tenure as a Jiu-Jitsu and MMA competitor. With countless victories in both sports, Rodolfo now makes his way to the ADXC looking to conquer the organization’s coveted trophy in his homeland.
On the other side, fighting out of the United States, Derek Brunson is also getting ready for his first fight inside the ADXC cage. A mixed martial artist with 24 wins to his name, Derek has been fighting professionally for over a decade, with stints at some of the most famous organizations in the sport. With his aggressive style and a solid ground game honed inside the cages, Derek has all the makings of an ADXC champion.
