Marking the organization’s return to Brazil, the seventh edition of the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship is set to land in Rio de Janeiro on November 17th, with talented local and foreign athletes fighting to emerge victorious from the merciless ADXC cage. Joining the fray in the Grappling Co-Main Event, the Brazilian compatriots Piter Frank and Gesias Cavalcante put their skills to the test against one another in a middleweight bout.
Bringing the full might of his grappling to the organization’s cage, Piter Frank is ready for his ADXC debut. A Jiu-Jitsu black belt representing Alliance, Piter is an experienced athlete who made a name for himself around the world as he put on memorable performances with and without the gi. An ADGS medalist with an aggressive and technical game, Piter is a strong contender for the trophy and a dangerous opponent for anyone who decides to go up against him in the cage.
Meanwhile, Gesias “JZ” Cavalcante is also ready to show his might in his first ADXC match. Representing Fight Sports, Gesias is a Jiu-Jitsu black belt with extensive experience competing in both Jiu-Jitsu and MMA, racking up 22 victories in the mixed martial arts with almost half of those coming via submission. With his mileage in both sports, Gesias has the perfect skill set to thrive in the ADXC, and he’ll put his tried-and-true game to work in the organization’s cage as he aims for his first ADXC trophy.
