Coming to the tropical shores of Rio de Janeiro on November 17th, the ADXC 7 marks the organization’s return to the South American country of Brazil, bringing some of the greatest names from both Jiu-Jitsu and MMA to put on yet another show inside Grappling’s most fearsome cage. Joining the Main Card with a Jiu-Jitsu match, Espen Mathiesen and Lucas Valente will show their skills in the welterweight division.
Returning to the ADXC, the Norwegian powerhouse Espen Mathiesen is ready to hunt for another victory inside the cage. With a 2-0 record in the organization – with wins over Pablo Lavaselli in the ADXC 2 and Leon Larman in the ADXC 4 – there isn’t much to say about Espen that he himself hasn’t already shown as he triumphed in his matches. A talented guard player with sneaky transitions and dangerous counter-attacks, Espen is one of the trickiest competitors to ever enter the cage, and he’ll be more than ready to add another victory to his name in Brazil.
On the other side, Lucas Valente comes to make his debut in the ADXC. A Jiu-Jitsu black belt under Vinicius Draculino, Lucas is a seasoned athlete who represents the traditional Gracie Barra team as he competes and gains experience around the world. Having faced some of the toughest competitors the international scene has to offer, Lucas will bring all the might of his guard game and back attacks to conquer victory and break Espen’s winning streak in the organization.
