ADXC 10: Everything you need to know about the competition in Moscow

Marking the organization's first venture in Russia, the tenth edition of the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship prepares to put on another memorable show for fight fans worldwide. Headed to the Voleybol'Naya Arena Dinamo next Saturday, May 31st, the competition brings some of the toughest athletes from Jiu-Jitsu and MMA to show their skills and fight for victory inside a cage, adding a ruleset that favors aggressive play to ensure the action remains high at all times.

With all duels broadcast live and exclusively on the TX7.com platform, the ADXC 10 will feature 16 matches in its line-up, with Jiu-Jitsu and Grappling bouts divided between the Main Card, Preliminary Card, and Showcase. With the competition just around the corner, let's look at what fight fans will see come Saturday.

MAIN CARD

Closing the Main Card, Arman Tsarukyan goes up against Patricky "Pitbull" Freire in a Grappling bout in the catchweight division. a Russian MMA athlete and former UFC fighter with 22 wins in his professional career, Arman Tsarukyan takes on an entirely new challenge in a familiar setting as he steps up the ADXC cage, but he'll have to contend with the dangerous Patricky Pitbull, a Brazilian veteran from the mixed martial arts and former Bellator champion who honed his techniques and arsenal of submission in the main stages of the sport around the world.

Another Grappling bout coming to the Main Card is the duel between Viktor Nemkov and Ronny Markes in the heavyweight division. A former PFL and Bellator competitor hailing from Russia, Viktor Nemkov is an MMA veteran with 15 of experience who'll be bringing his arsenal of chokes and armbars to seek his first victory in the ADXC, but the Brazilian Ronny Markes is more than ready to spoil his opponent's plans, tapping into his almost 20 years of experience competing in organizations like the UFC, Bellator, and PFL to show the power of his ground game and take the victory in Moscow.

Meanwhile, Rogerio Bontorin and Askar Askarov put their skills to the test with a Grappling bout in the featherweight division. A Brazilian MMA athlete with 11 out of his 17 professional wins coming via submission, Rogerio made a name for himself in the organization by taking the trophy in the ADXC 6 and is now back for more, this time facing the Russian Askar Askarov, a mixed martial artist with 15 wins to his name and over a decade of experience competing in cages who'll be ready to use all the tools at his disposal to debut with a victory in the ADXC.

In the catchweight division, the Russian duo Islam Mamedov and Ivan Lisogorov debut in the event with a Grappling bout. On one side, the experienced Islam Mamedov brings his mileage competing in events like Bellator and PFL to conquer a big victory in his homeland. On the other, the talented up-and-comer from the Russian MMA scene Ivan Lisogorov brings the aggressiveness that landed him three back-to-back KO wins in less than six months to show his ground game in one of the most challenging arenas in Grappling.

Bringing another Brazil x Russia clash to the Main Card, Felipe Machado goes toe-to-toe against Mukhammad Shakhbanov in a Grappling bout. A Jiu-Jitsu black belt representing Piramide Grappling Association, Felipe Machado brings his game of fast attacks and pressure passing to look for a chance to take the win and submit his opponent Mukhammad Shakhbanov, a Russian MMA athlete armed with heaps of techniques and grit who comes for his second showing in the organization after putting on a memorable battle against Ruan Alvarenga in the ADXC 7.

Still in the main card, Wesley Felix and Vladimir Blium don their gis and join the heavyweight division with a Jiu-Jitsu bout. A Vision BJJ black belt fighting out of Brazil, Wesley "Salgas" Felix brings the game that landed him the silver medal in the ADGS London last April to make his debut against Vladimir Blium, a Russian AJP veteran and Gojira Jiu-Jitsu black belt with a great bottom game who made a name for himself in the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship after facing Felipe Bezerra in the ADXC 5.

PRELIMINARY CARD AND SHOWCASE

Coming in the first half of the event, the Preliminary Card will feature six high-octane battles that will set the tone for the competition and give fight fans a taste of what the rest of the night has in store for them. In the middleweight division, Alibek Suleimanov faces Nodirbek Egamberdiyev in a Grappling bout, while Nikolay Vetrov and Islam Mamilov make their way to the welterweight division with another Grappling bout. Still in the card, heavyweights Tamerlan Eslemesov and Shamil Magomedov collide in a Grappling bout, Marat Kurbanov clashes against Nurgali Nurgaipuly in a light heavyweight Grappling bout, the lightweight division features Nikita Devyatov and Abdurahmoni Bahromjon in a Jiu-Jitsu bout, and Iaroslav Rymashevskii tests his skills against Gianfranco Mastrolorenzo in a lightweight Jiu-Jitsu bout.

Bringing even more action to the cage, the ADXC 10 will feature four Showcase matches between talented Youth athletes, giving each the chance to shine on an internationally recognized stage while also providing fight fans with a glimpse into the future of the sport. Closing the group, Daniel "220v" Poncio goes up against Mukhammad Akaev in a Grappling bout, while Harib Al Hammadi and Rasambek Gezalov clash in a Jiu-Jitsu bout. Before that, Salem Al Qubaisi faces Artur Bairov in a Jiu-Jitsu bout, and Abdulaziz Al Akidi enters a collision course with Sultan Ruslanbekov in another Jiu-Jitsu bout.
