ADXC 10: Tsarukyan, Markes, and all the athletes that became champions in Moscow

Celebrating its tenth event this Saturday, May 31st, the Abu Dhabi Extreme Championship continued to explore new frontiers as it held its first-ever competition on Russian soil, bringing some of the toughest athletes of the international scene to enter Grappling's most fearsome cage and show their skills at the Voleybol'Naya Arena Dinamo in Moscow.

Closing the event on a very high note, the Russian Arman Tsarukyan put on a dominating display and landed his first ADXC win. Entering the cage to face the Brazilian Patricky Pitbull, who had some good moments and even tried a dangerous back take in the fourth round, Arman was in control from beginning to end as he kept his opponent under attack at all times until he found his golden opportunity in the fifth and final round of the duel, taking the back and locking a merciless rear-naked choke to conquer the trophy.

"I want to thank ADXC for calling me to fight in my homeland after all these years", celebrated Tsarukyan after his victory. "Patricky is a very tough opponent and fought very well. I had promised his trainer that I would finish Patricky with his favorite submission and he told me that it was the rear-naked choke, so I went in there and made it happen."
